BeCCoR Re-ID

Convert your BeCCoR export into a patient list for EMIS or Accurx.

This independent GPTools helper checks the NHS numbers from a completed Greater Manchester BeCCoR Re-ID export, removes duplicates and prepares the file your practice system needs. It does not apply codes or send messages.

1. Use your authorised access to the GM Re-ID dashboard, check the practice and group, complete re-identification and download the list with NHS numbers.
2. Save the CSV in an organisation-approved NHS/practice location. Use an approved work device and browser in a private workspace.
3. Choose EMIS TXT for patient-list import and authorised batch work, or Accurx CSV for batch messaging.
4. Choose the BeCCoR CSV, check the patients and resolve missing or invalid numbers.
5. Save the result securely, import it into your chosen system and verify the count and membership before acting.
